Where can I receive my order?

You can receive them at the address you have chosen (head office or branch, etc. - but never in a post office box).

Can the country to which the goods are delivered be different from that in which the goods were purchased?

The country to which the goods are delivered does not have to be the same as the country in which the goods were purchased. However, the billing address and delivery address must be in the same country.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery times depend on the chosen delivery location. Shipments in DACH take 48 hours, EU three to five working days and the USA and the rest of the world seven to ten (working days).

What do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping within the EU is always free.
The shipping costs for the "Rest of Europe" and deliveries to "UK & Ireland" are EUR 9.00.

The shipping costs for deliveries to "USA" are 90.00 EUR
The shipping costs for deliveries to the "rest of the world" are EUR 90.00.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you can call up the order status under "Account" under My Orders. If you are not registered, you can check the status under "Order information" in the confirmation email.

How does the delivery work?

We'll send you an email confirming the shipment (as soon as your order leaves the warehouse), another with the tracking number (with a link to the transport company's website) and finally the transport company will pick you up by SMS or email Contact you and inform you about the delivery date.
